My guest post on their blog introducing the last SOMESSO in Zurich in November was all about bridging the gap between corporate culture and the web 2.0 society.  We've already moved on - we're talking about Social CRM and social business and the way the new tools need to connect with business processes inside our organizations.   The approach reminds me of the maxim that we've often verbalized at Amplified sessions - "what works?, what doesn't?, what next?".
